Our Client:A leading European Personal Care Brand is opening a Commercial Head in Taiwan and HongKong now. Location: Taiwan.This position will be responsible & accountable for the key management & growth of all existing clients and future clients in markets of Taiwan, Hong Kong & Macau covering both online & offline channels. The role will lead around 40 people in the region.Key Responsibilities:P&L owner of TW & HK separately. Grow the sales of Nutrition brands in Taiwan & Hong Kong through key management of existing accounts as well as identifying market opportunities.Develop short-term and long-term market strategy for both TW & HK.Design and implement right channel strategy to grow both online and offline platforms/retails.Develop annual joint-business-plan with key platforms/retails.Category organic growth in both TW & HK market is getting smaller.Turnaround TW Revenue from negative growth to positive growth.Work with GC marketing team to strengthen brand equity and impact in TW & HK so as to drive business growth
Job Requirements
Qualifications and Requirements:Must have: Taiwan experience, HK is a plus; both online and offline business, TW CDD preferred or at least worked in TW more than 5 years.Strong business commercial experience and track record of developing/leading a team.Strong working knowledge & ability to build up key accounts and development of channels.Sales management and trade marketing (commercialization) experience from CPG, retail environments will be preferred.Knowledge of trade marketing and brand activation preferably with an International brand focus across Taiwan & Hong Kong.
