Job responsibilities
1、主要是和客人多聊聊，多沟通，有建议多向上汇报，最重要的就是VIP客人的接待工作，相当于前厅的GRO(General Register Office)； 2、酒店有温泉馆,设有SPA中心，也需要他们的引领接待； 3、酒店有西餐厅及风味餐厅，外国人会熟悉些菜品之类的，可以参与建议提升菜的品质，还可以提升酒店西餐的推广。
