Job responsibilities
1. Establish the company and brand image, be responsible for the daily reception of high-end customers/members (including foreigners from Europe and the United States), and notify the interviewed persons in a timely and accurate manner;
2. Query membership card;
3. Responsible for answering the company's switchboard phone, transferring calls or recording information as required;
4. Responsible for statistics of front desk visits;
5. Provide preliminary answers to customers/members’ basic overseas house purchase/immigration questions;
6. Other tasks assigned by superiors and daily affairs of the department;
7. Assist and participate in market activities, assist in planning and organizing team building activities.
Job Requirements
1. Female, mother tongue is English, high affinity, good image and temperament, basic Chinese, bachelor degree or above;
2. Proficiency in the application of office software;
3. Have good communication skills and affinity;
4. Those with overseas real estate/immigrant related work experience are preferred;
5. Experience in reception at the front desk of an overseas 5-star hotel is preferred;
6. Experience in luxury goods, property sales, car sales, high-end clubs, and high-end clothing sales is preferred.
