Job responsibilities
1. Responsible for brand construction and the integration of the company's products and services for the German market, aligning with the company's brand positioning, brand value, and system; 2. In charge of matching group requirements, delivering annual key integrated marketing campaigns for the German region, managing and executing to serve the annual regional brand and marketing goals; 3. Responsible for identifying, developing, establishing, and maintaining key marketing collaboration resources for the leading brands in the region, which includes but is not limited to leading media, exhibitions, industry associations, KOL opinion leaders, and community groups; 4. Fully responsible for the management and daily operations of social media, KOLs, PR, offline activities, and content teams in the German region, developing clear strategies and phased objectives, empowering the team, and driving them to achieve goals; 5. Based on the company's business and brand strategy, accurately identify and position user groups, effectively utilise content marketing, digital marketing, and event marketing, facilitate collaboration across departments, and contribute to the enhancement of regional brand presence and the success of key marketing projects.
Job Requirements
1. A bachelor's degree or above, with over 3 years of integrated marketing experience in a well-known consumer electronics company; 2. Over 3 years of successful planning, management, and execution of large-scale global or regional marketing campaigns; 3. Proficient in using project management tools. Able to independently oversee the establishment of regional integrated marketing projects, build project teams, assign reasonable responsibilities, set goals and milestones, manage budgets, progress, and risks, and be accountable for project delivery results; 4. Solid work experience in e-commerce and different marketing communication channels, with a certain understanding of channel combination and optimisation; 5. Familiar with the consumer market and cultural nuances of the German region, capable of efficiently managing local foreign employees and expanding partnerships in Germany, with preferred candidates having study and work experience in Germany; 6. Possess a global perspective, strong cross-departmental communication and collaboration skills, and strong stress resistance; 7. Proficient in both written and spoken German communication.
