Job responsibilities
- 负责南美洲区域(重点覆盖巴西、阿根廷、智利等核心市场)的市场开发与客户拓展,搭建并完善区域销售网络,达成公司既定的销售业绩目标。 Be responsible for market development and customer expansion in the South American region (focusing on core markets such as Brazil, Argentina, and Chile), build and improve the regional sales network, and achieve the company's established sales performance goals. - 维护区域内现有客户关系,定期对接客户需求,跟进订单洽谈、签约、履约全流程,提升客户满意度与忠诚度,促进复购及转介绍。 Maintain existing customer relationships in the region, regularly connect with customer needs, follow up the entire process of order negotiation, signing and performance, improve customer satisfaction and loyalty, and promote repurchase and referrals. - 深入调研南美区域市场动态、行业趋势、竞品情况及政策法规,收集市场需求信息,反馈给公司产品及研发部门,为产品优化和市场策略调整提供依据。 Conduct in-depth research on market dynamics, industry trends, competitor situations and policies/regulations in the South American region, collect market demand information, feedback to the company's product and R&D departments, and provide a basis for product optimization and market strategy adjustment. - 负责区域内销售合同的签订、执行及回款管理,严控销售风险,确保回款及时,达成回款目标。 Be responsible for the signing, execution and payment collection management of sales contracts in the region, strictly control sales risks, ensure timely payment collection, and achieve the payment collection target. - 配合公司完成市场推广活动(如展会、线上推广等),提升公司品牌在南美区域的知名度和影响力。 Cooperate with the company to complete marketing promotion activities (such as exhibitions, online promotion, etc.) to enhance the company's brand awareness and influence in the South American region. - 完成上级交办的其他销售相关工作,定期提交销售报表及市场分析报告。 Complete other sales-related work assigned by superiors, and regularly submit sales reports and market analysis reports.
Job Requirements
- 学历要求:大专及以上学历,国际贸易、市场营销、西班牙语/葡萄牙语相关专业优先,有南美市场销售经验者可放宽学历要求。 Education Requirement: College degree or above; majors in International Trade, Marketing, Spanish/Portuguese are preferred; those with sales experience in the South American market may have relaxed education requirements. - 语言能力:精通西班牙语或葡萄牙语(听说读写流利),能熟练运用双语开展商务洽谈、合同沟通及客户维护工作;英语良好者优先。 Language Ability: Proficiency in Spanish or Portuguese (fluent in listening, speaking, reading and writing), able to skillfully use bilingualism to carry out business negotiations, contract communication and customer maintenance; good English skills are preferred. - 工作经验:1-3年及以上外贸销售或区域销售经验,有南美市场(巴西、阿根廷等)销售经验、有相关行业(汽车零配件、机械设备等)销售经验者优先;优秀应届生可投递(需具备较强的学习能力和沟通能力)。 Work Experience: 1-3 years or more of foreign trade sales or regional sales experience; those with sales experience in the South American market (Brazil, Argentina, etc.) and relevant industries (auto parts, mechanical equipment, etc.) are preferred; outstanding fresh graduates can apply (must have strong learning and communication abilities). - 核心能力:具备较强的市场开拓意识、沟通谈判能力和客户服务意识,能独立开发客户、跟进订单;有良好的抗压能力,目标感强,能适应出差(根据市场需求对接客户)。 Core Abilities: Strong market development awareness, communication and negotiation skills, and customer service awareness; able to independently develop customers and follow up orders; good pressure resistance, strong sense of goal, and able to adapt to business trips (connect with customers according to market needs). - 其他要求:熟悉国际贸易流程、南美区域贸易政策及海关规则者优先;具备良好的职业素养,诚信可靠,责任心强,有团队协作精神。 Other Requirements: Familiarity with international trade processes, South American regional trade policies and customs rules is preferred; good professional quality, integrity and reliability, strong sense of responsibility, and team spirit.
