Job Responsibilities: 1、Assist clients in completing insurance application documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information. 2、Finalize insurance contract execution with full compliance to regulatory standards. 3、Manage post-sales services including client inquiries and claims processing. 4、Interpret policy terms and conditions, providing clear explanations of coverage details to clients. 岗位职责： 1、协助客户填写投保资料，确保信息准确。 2、完成保险合同签订，确保流程合规。 3、处理客户咨询、理赔等售后问题。 4、解释保险条款，帮助客户理解保障内容。

Requirements: 1、Secondary education or above. New arrivals to Hong Kong and IANG visa holders are welcome to apply. 2、Mandatory possession of Type 1 & 3 insurance licenses issued by the Hong Kong Insurance Authority. Candidates holding licenses 1-5 will receive priority consideration. 3、Professional Mandarin proficiency with exceptional verbal communication skills. 4、Comprehensive understanding of insurance policies, product features, and regulatory requirements, with demonstrated ability to convey technical information effectively. 5、Strong interpersonal sensitivity and emotional intelligence to cultivate client trust and drive satisfaction metrics. 岗位要求： 1、中学或以上学历，歡迎新到港人士及IANG 2、需持牌1号&3号，持牌1至5号者优先； 3、普通话标准，能清晰流利的沟通； 4、熟悉保险条款、产品特点及法律法规，清晰传达保险信息，解答客户疑问。 5、具备人际敏感度和情商，能够建立信任，提升客户满意度。
