Job responsibilities
1. Provide accurate and professional consulting services to customers via email, online platforms, and phone calls, communicating with customers in one of the minor languages (German/French/Italian) to ensure timely resolution of issues. 2. Handle customer inquiries regarding orders, returns, exchanges, and after-sales support for smart home products.
Job Requirements
1. Fluently master any of the following languages: French, Italian, Spanish, or German. 2. Working hours: * During North American daylight saving time, we work from 15:00 to 24:00 Beijing time (1 hour later during standard time: 16:00 to 01:00). * We must work on public holidays, and the pay is three times the basic salary. * We work 8 hours a day, with 2 days off per week, totaling 8 days off per month. Additionally, the two days off per week may not necessarily be consecutive Saturdays and Sundays. 3. Master's degree or above, with a graduation certificate obtained (for those with more than 2 years of customer service experience, a bachelor's degree is acceptable).
