● Assist in connecting internal and external system interfaces (APIs) to achieve data synchronization and updates ● Write simple scripts/tools according to business requirements and build an automated workflow for the CRM system ● Assist in handling CRM system internal merchant-related data, status maintenance, automated reminders, etc.

● Proficient in at least one programming language (either Golang, Java, or Python is acceptable) ● Can read English documents without barriers ● Interested in CRM system integration, automation, and data processing ● Clear in logic and able to proactively learn new knowledge ● Understand the frameworks of international mainstream CRM systems (e.g., Hubspot, Salesforce, Dynamic365)
