1、Fully responsible for the management of Vietnam's coastal defense stations and achieving annual goals； 2、Maintain good relationships with contracted clients, continuously develop new clients, and expand business volume； 3、Responsible for the daily management of the station, continuously improving per capita efficiency, service quality, and logistics efficiency； 4、Responsible for the safety and civilized management of the station； 5、Pay close attention to changes in the internal and external environment, provide a basis for company decision-making, and timely develop new businesses.

1、Bachelor's degree or above, with experience in the logistics industry; 2、Good image, outgoing personality, in line with CIMC's values requirements; 3、More than five years of management experience, possessing excellent team management skills; 4、Clear thinking, excellent communication and coordination skills, possessing excellent customer development and maintenance abilities; 5、Strong ability to withstand pressure, able to face difficulties, result oriented, and possessing a good risk prevention awareness; 6、Familiar with the local situation in Vietnam, English or Vietnamese proficiency is preferred.
