Job responsibilities 1. Regional logistics strategy and execution: Develop and implement a European logistics and express delivery strategy aligned with global business objectives, design and optimize the delivery network, fulfillment model, and last-mile delivery solutions; 2. Express delivery and carrier management: Manage partnerships with express delivery carriers and third-party logistics service providers (DHL, DPD, GLS, UPS, FedEx, local couriers), lead carrier selection, contract negotiation, service level agreement (SLA) formulation, and performance evaluation work; 3. Cross-border Business and Compliance Management: Oversee cross-border logistics operations within the EU, between the EU and the UK, as well as between Asia and Europe (EU/UK), ensuring compliance with EU customs, value-added tax (VAT), trade, and transportation regulations, and mitigating risks arising from customs delays, regulatory changes, and geopolitical factors; 4. Cost control and performance management: Responsible for the profit and loss statement, budget preparation, and cost optimization projects of regional logistics and distribution business. Develop and monitor key performance indicators (such as delivery cycle, on-time and full-quantity delivery rate, transportation cost per shipment, claim settlement rate, etc.), explore opportunities for automation, system, and process optimization, and enhance business scalability and efficiency

Qualifications: 1. Bachelor's degree or above in logistics, supply chain, business, engineering, or related fields, with 8-12 years or more experience in logistics, supply chain, or express delivery operations; 2. Possess empirical experience in European express delivery and last-mile logistics management, and be proficient in EU logistics infrastructure, parcel network, and cross-border transportation business; 3. Have significant successful cases in carrier negotiation, cost control, and operational optimization 4. Proficient in both Chinese and English; proficiency in other European languages is preferred
