Annual Salary: 6-10 million JPY (plus team leadership allowance)

应聘条件： 1.本科及以上学历，计算机等相关专业优先，日语1级以上水平，能够无障碍与日本人交流； 2.善于沟通与协调，为人踏实，工作认真负责，良好的团队协作精神； 3.有在日IT从业经历/日本留学经历者优先； 4.至少5年以上开发经验，有团队管理经验，有对日项目经验，至少熟练掌握两种以上开发语言。 Qualifications: 1.Bachelor’s degree (CS/IT-related preferred) + JLPT N1 (business-level Japanese). 2.Proactive communicator with strong teamwork and problem-solving skills. 3.Experience in Japanese IT projects or education background in Japan is advantageous. 4.Minimum 5+ years of development experience, team management experience, and experience working on Japan-related projects. Proficient in at least two programming languages.
