Secrets: Game of Choices is a top new narrative game featuring stories reimagined and brought to life on your mobile device. The Game Operations Manager will bring prior experience launching, supporting and operating our online interactive story game, Secrets: Game of Choices. Reporting to the Managing Director, you will oversee the planning, execution, deployment, expansion, management, and support of such the title, coordinating personnel across analytics, production, marketing, business and customer service teams, driven by business objectives in a fast-moving environment. You will be detail orientated and have a knack at catching issues others may have missed. You will thrive at the center of communication between multiple disciplines and ensure everyone is informed on what's going on.

- Monitor and manage social networks of the game across the globe. - Monitor retention curves, user reviews, and community feedback to quickly spot and act on issues in game updates across multiple platforms. - Regularly review key performance indicators and sales trends within our online game. - Plan and oversee the execution of sales and live events - Develop and test hypotheses with the analytics dept to maximize lifetime ARPU of our customers throughout the world - Responsible for daily maintenance, such as launching and testing, etc. - Test game versions, events and content. Collect bug reports and track fixes. Qualifications: - 3 years or more of gaming experience. - Considerable experience in understanding female gamer preferences. - Previous professional success with a game-related project a plus. - Enthusiastic and responsible work ethic, ability to work under pressure and capable of working effectively in a team. - Excellent critical thinking skills and copywriting ability. - Candidates with good English and Chinese level will have a preference.
