Collect player feedback through communication, surveys, and data analysis to identify user pain points and needs, then iterate and improve design solutions accordingly. 3. Conduct competitive analysis to stay informed about industry best practices and design trends. 4. Collaborate closely with game designers to translate complex gameplay rules and system requirements into clear, intuitive interactive interfaces; follow up with developers to ensure the final product matches the design specifications. 5. QualificationsExperience & Skills:1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Interaction Design, Industrial Design, Psychology, Computer Science, Visual Communication, or a related field. 2. At least 5 years of experience in interactive design or UI/UX design within the gaming industry; experience in successfully launched game projects is preferred. 3. Proficiency in mainstream design tools to produce high-fidelity interactive prototypes. 4. Solid understanding and hands-on experience in user experience design principles, information architecture, and human-computer interaction theories. 5. Strong logical and systematic thinking skills, capable of handling complex information structures.Game Insight & Passion1. A passionate gamer with broad experience and deep understanding of various game genres. 2. Familiar with the interaction patterns and design differences across multiple platforms. 3.
