Formulation Development Engineer Your Tasks And Responsibilities Responsible for formulation recipe development and process route design of crop protection product &Crop Efficiency fertilizer to extend China marketing portfolio. Responsible for formulation recipe optimization and formulation lab trial for substitutes of active ingredients and raw material (inert) source, to ensure stable product supply and reduce product cost. Responsible for evaluating and discovering domestic and foreign partners for the development of Crop protection and fertilizer products (such as domestic and foreign research institutions, scientific research universities, etc.), establishing good cooperative relationships, and supporting product co-development. Responsible for BCS AG & China new registration related support, prepare stable product sample for registration & field test. Prepare related process and specification document to support product registration and registration renew. Responsible for formulation technology training for production uint members before launching, including new Crop Protection and Fertilizer product. Lead formulation technology support for license in business. Responsible for formulation lab management including hazardous chemicals management, make sure that the HSE policies and local regulation are well understood and applied in all formulation trial activities. Who You Are Understanding of internal procedures/protocols with Legal, Regulatory and Quality requirements. Strong knowledge of relevant formulation recipe theory and production theory, and application. Prioritization and escalation, maturity, Communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Teamwork, flexible organization, pragmatic decision, and cost orientated. Major of plant protection or pesticide science or similar, master’s degree or above. More than 3 years’ working experiences in pesticide field, formulation develop or process development or similar. Innovative and logical thinking. Fluent oral, written English.
