1. Bachelor's degree or above (available on the China Academic Degrees and Information Technology website), with at least 3 years of practical experience in shopping malls and foreign trade platforms, familiar with the management and operation processes of shopping malls; 2. Excellent user demand mining ability, platform operation planning ability, event planning and implementation ability, execution and team collaboration ability, excellent communication ability; 3. Having rich platform perception capabilities; 4. Has strong written expression and oral communication skills, especially cross departmental coordination ability, and can independently complete documents including but not limited to operational requirements, event planning, data analysis reports, SOP processes, etc; 5.
