Job Responsibilities: - Develop and implement English teaching programs according to the school's teaching plan and curriculum requirements to ensure the quality and effectiveness of teaching. - Adopt diversified teaching means and methods to stimulate students' interest in learning and improve their English application skills. - Organize extracurricular English activities, such as English corner and speech contests, to create a strong English learning atmosphere. - Establish a good teacher-student relationship with students, pay attention to students' learning progress and difficulties, and provide necessary assistance and guidance. - Participate in the school's teaching research and curriculum reform to promote the continuous improvement of English teaching. - Abide by school rules and regulations, fulfill the professional ethics of teachers, and establish a good image of teachers.

Requirements: - Bachelor degree or above, graduated from English education or related majors, international English teaching qualification such as TEFL or TESOL is preferred. - Fluent in oral and written English and able to teach in full English. - Have rich experience in teaching English, familiar with English teaching methods and techniques, and able to teach according to students' abilities. - Passionate about education, responsible and dedicated, with good teamwork spirit. - Understand the Chinese culture and education system, and be able to adapt to the working environment and lifestyle in China. - Hold a certificate of no criminal record.
