①According to AMI standards, assist and support Montessori teacher in classroom management and supervise safe, healthy, fully operational classroom for either IC or Casa levels ②Support of material presentations and activities adhering to AMI standards in order to support holistic teaching programme ③Consistently share children’s development with Montessori teacher and listen to questions and concerns of parents, co-workers and administration ④Participate in new student/parent class visits, play a supporting role in increasing enrollment, and help to build the school’s reputation ⑤Continue education in order to renew and refresh commitment to good teaching practice, involving observation of own class and, others, goal setting for professional growth and extending professional knowledge, Montessori and otherwise.

1: Native English speaking countries (Britain, America and Canada are preferred) foreign teachers are preferred. 2: More than one year working experience in English education, kindergarten teaching, Montessori education is preferred 3: Can apply for work visa (with no criminal record, academic certificate, work experience and other materials)
