This includes both external/internal English communication, plus on-site hands-on technical coverage especially scientific injection molding, tooling and post-IM process to succeed .Your Key Responsibilities Will Be Internal technical window to convert CTQs (from both global material PD, in region customer Engineers and molders) into our solutions development directions, transfer customers' need into material language for both R&D NPI on new product development and troubleshooting to increase the possibility of projects success with great teamwork. (20%) External technical window for strategic customers both end customers and molders, identify and capture the technical needs of customers, generate and coordinate technical tools based on strong applications understand, investigations, DoE and best practice to deliver core values on pipeline creation, validation and commercialization successfully. Fluent English communication skills. (20%) On-site technical development to address customers' needs from Design, Tooling, Envalior materials, processing optimization (eg. NMT, inserts molding), post-molding 2nd process (CNC, ANO, PVD, testing etc.), initiate proper testing to address performance issues. Create high quality reports to summarize the trials findings, address the issues and make creative preventive action plans, drive projects from validation to pass the whole process requirements till final mass production. Commit to growing new pipelines and strong realization skills. (40%) Open minded, quickly study with high potential to build new application know-how of E&E industry trend. Requirements Bachelor's or Master's Degree in polymer science, material engineering or similar majority, with more than 10 years working experiences as a technical role, specialized to develop global key OEM in consumer electronics is a plus In-depth knowledge of engineering plastics (PA,PBT,PET and etc...) Master process expertise (Tooling, NMT, Injection Molding and 2nd process like CNC, ANO, welding, testing...) , know-how build and implement Quality control, troubleshooting skills and experience Good knowledge of E&E industry especially smart devices, markets and applications Fluent English communication skills in a global working environment.
