Competition guidance and participation Responsible for guiding the student football team's matches, including tactical arrangements, personnel allocation, and game strategy development. Lead students to participate in various football competitions, including intra school and inter school competitions, and strive for excellent results. Evaluate the performance of students in competitions, help them summarize their experiences and lessons, and improve their competitive skills. Site maintenance and equipment management Responsible for the daily maintenance and upkeep of football training grounds, ensuring their safety and cleanliness. Manage football training equipment, including football and training equipment, to ensure that the equipment is in good condition and sufficient. Responsibilities of Foreign English Teachers English Teaching and Curriculum Design Design appropriate English teaching courses based on students' English proficiency and learning needs. Design distinctive English courses based on football themes, such as learning football terminology and introducing football culture, to enhance students' interest and participation. Classroom management and student interaction Maintain good classroom discipline and ensure that students actively participate in classroom activities. Adopting diverse teaching methods and means to stimulate students' interest and enthusiasm in learning. Pay attention to the learning progress of students, provide timely guidance and assistance, and improve their learning effectiveness. Cultural exchange and event organization Utilize the advantage of being a foreign teacher to introduce foreign football culture and educational concepts, and enhance students' understanding of multiculturalism. Organize English corners and cultural exchange activities to provide students with opportunities to interact with foreign teachers and improve their cross-cultural communication skills.
