Job responsibilities
- Supervise, provide on-job-training, and assist fellow Team Member to perform preparation and setting up in the restaurants for service. - Provide excellent and professional service to all guests, assist on their requests and inquiries, anticipate needs, resolve complaints, and build rapport with the guests. - Liaise with kitchen and beverage teams to maintain a smooth flow of service. - Support restaurant manager in achieving all goals and key performance objectives.
Job Requirements
- 21- 35 years old. - Fluent in English, and good in Mandarin or Cantonese. - With well-groomed appearance and good attitude. - 1 year of experience as supervisor in a 4/5-star Hotel or quality restaurant.
