* Develop fire protection philosophy, design basis, and performance criteria * Lead design of firewater systems, foam, gaseous suppression, and PFP application * Review and validate Fire & Explosion Risk Analyses (FERA) and QRA studies * Perform hydraulic calculations, radiation modeling, and egress simulations * Manage technical specifications, vendor bids, and document reviews * Ensure compliance with project Hazard Register and safety case requirements

* Bachelor's degree in Fire Protection, Chemical, or Mechanical Engineering * Minimum 10+ years of dedicated fire engineering experience in offshore oil & gas * Proven track record on FPSO / Fixed Platform / FPU projects * Deep knowledge of NFPA, SOLAS, API 2030, API 2218, NORSOK S-001, IMO FTP Code * Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills * Ability to present complex technical information clearly and lead multidisciplinary teams
