Job responsibilities
Work with Sales VP to shape and deliver the business development plan for Europe Develop and support new business opportunities that lead to pitches, engagement, relationship building & growth in the pipeline that converts to incremental revenues Research and identify the sales and after sales service partnerships with new companies while maintaining current partners Identify new verticals and new partners in Europe that will enable ORPC to gain more new business Follow the relationship, support and develop a portfolio of existing key accounts
Job Requirements
Skills, knowledge and experience Educated to Bachelor or Master degree level or with equivalent business experience Strong understanding and exceptional insight into the key business drivers and strategic challenges and opportunities Fluency in English Highly consultative, a confident negotiator with excellent communication skills Self-driven to exceed targets Prior work experience in inflatable pool/spa or watersports business and proficient in Mandarin will be a plus
