Job Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for reviewing quality standards and operational procedures for laboratory material testing,  conducting corresponding inspections, and performing laboratory environmental monitoring. Assist the  R&D department and laboratory in product and process validation.   2. Perform method validation for instruments, equipment, consumables, etc., in accordance with quality  system requirements, and draft performance validation reports.   3. Monitor quality control indicators and daily supervision in the operation of the quality system, and  prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual summaries and statistical reports on quality control indicators.   4. Assist in establishing quality system processes, drafting quality management system related documents, and participating in audits and reviews.  

1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Medical Laboratory Science, Medicine, Laboratory Science, Biology,  Immunology, Pharmacy, or other fields related to the products, with relevant practical experience.   2. Minimum 1 year of laboratory technical work experience; familiarity with PCR, NGS, or other molecular  biology experiments is preferred.   3. Strong hands-on experimental skills and logical organizational abilities.   4. Excellent quality analysis and data statistical analysis skills, with structured thinking and communication  abilities. Strong self-learning and literature review skills.   5.Mandarin proficiency is preferred.
