Job responsibilities
1. Financial Management
- Responsible for the company's daily financial accounting, ensuring clarity and accuracy in the books.
- Review and supervise financial statements to ensure compliance with local regulations and international accounting standards.
2. Tax Management
- Responsible for the company's tax declarations and tax planning in Russia, ensuring compliance.
- Keep up with the latest tax policies and provide relevant optimization suggestions.
3. Liaison with Third-Party Firms
- Maintain good communication with local accounting firms, tax consulting agencies, and other third-party partners.
- Coordinate and review financial and tax-related services provided by third-party firms to ensure quality and compliance.
- Collect and organize financial data and materials required by the firms to assist in completing various audits and report preparations.
4. Budgeting and Cost Control
- Develop and implement the company's annual budget, monitoring all expense expenditures.
- Analyze the company's operating costs and propose optimization suggestions.
5. Fund Management
- Responsible for managing the company's bank accounts in Russia and monitoring cash flows.
- Coordinate relationships with banks, tax authorities, and other relevant institutions.
6. Team Collaboration
- Coordinate financial matters with the headquarters and other departments, providing data support and analysis.
- Train and guide financial team members to enhance overall professional standards.
Job Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or above in finance, accounting, economics, or related fields.
2. Over 3 years of experience in finance, with preference given to candidates with relevant experience in Russia.
3. Familiarity with Russian tax and financial regulations as well as international accounting standards.
4. Proficient in using financial software and office applications.
5. Experience in communication and management with third-party firms.
6. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
7. Fluent in both Russian and Chinese.
8. Detail-oriented, meticulous, with a high level of responsibility and professional ethics.
