1.Assist in preparing tender, structural, detail and shop drawings. 2.Advise Quantity Surveyors on preliminary design and the section profile for their estimation. 3.Assist in design variation works to assure smooth running of projects. 4.Attend meetings with clients, contractors, architects, Building Department officers and other consultants, understand clients' needs and provide technical advice. 5.Perform design works strictly in accordance with the local standards and codes to ensure the drawing submission fulfills the architectural and contract requirements. 6.Participate in the internal review of the design production to ensure the accuracy of the drawings and technical documents. 7.Support the design team in developing and implementing design plans to ensure all design related works compiling with project requirements. 8.Perform ad-hoc assignments as required

1.Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical engineering, civil engineering, architecture. 2.Minimum 6 years of facade design experience in Saudi Arabia. 3.Fluent in English, with proficiency in Arabic being a strong advantage. 4.Extensive knowledge of current technology, standards, and codes of the facade industry in the Middle East. 5.Capable of carrying out design works and providing technical support to clients independently. 6.Possess good knowledge of AutoCAD, essential for creating precise and detailed technical drawings.
