Job Responsibilities<br/><br/>1. According to the school's education and teaching objectives, formulate a teaching plan, and determine the teaching purpose, content, progress and class time allocation of mathematics;<br/>2. Teaching middle and high school mathematics courses, A-level mathematics courses, which can integrate the national curriculum with IB, IGCSE and A-level courses to ensure that students can be stimulated to learn;<br/>3. Regularly track and evaluate students' mathematics learning status, including formative assessment and summative assessment;<br/>4. Participate in the teaching and research exchanges of the discipline, research and select advanced teaching methods, and propose measures to improve mathematics teaching;<br/>5. Actively cooperate with the class teacher, communicate with parents on a regular basis, and give feedback on students' learning progress and effectiveness;<br/>6. Complete the requirements of the teaching objectives set by the school.

Job Requirements:<br/><br/>1. Master's degree or above in mathematics related majors, with a solid foundation in mathematics and extensive knowledge of education;<br/><br/>2. At least 3 years of teaching experience in IGCSE and A level Mathematics, with the ability to teach IG-A2 Mathematics courses at all levels;<br/>3. Have a high school teacher qualification certificate, strong bilingual ability, and be able to teach bilingual mathematics fluently;<br/>4. Experience in coaching high-level international competitions, and those who can coach for bull and sword entrance exams such as MAT and STEP are preferred;<br/>5. Overseas study background is preferred;<br/>6. Excellent teamwork and leadership skills, able to stimulate the enthusiasm and creativity of the teaching team; <br/>7. Passionate about education, willing to take on challenges, constantly innovating and improving teaching methods.
