Job responsibilities
1. Provide leadership and supervise the Sales team in promoting and selling of semiconductor and photovoltaic products. 2. Adhere to established sales practices and train sales staff about the sales process. 3. Development of Marketing Strategies and initiatives in the solar PV industry. 4. Identifying new prospects, Increase Development, positioning and contract negotiation as well as closing. 5. Ensure high level of customer satisfactory through excellent pre and after sales support. 6. Project a vision for the Sales team and for senior management; in coordination with the Sales Director prepare annual budget for the sales team and define the annual sales target. 7. Responsible for staff annual performance assessment. 8. Provide sales forecast, sales reports and service reports to management every week. 9. Strategic input and review of proposals
Job Requirements
1. Bachelor or Master Degree in Business Administration, International Trade, or Sales and Marketing, or related major. 2. At least three years working experience in photovoltaic industry or Semiconductor field. 3. Demonstrated leadership skills and qualities, having supervised/managed direct staff. 4. Excellent written and oral communications skills both in English and Chinese. 5. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; good at building and maintaining relationships with people. 6. Good at problem solving. Excellent negotiation skills. 7. Aggressive, reliable, result-oriented and able to work under pressure. Strong self assurance and confidence; pro-active and self-motivated. 8. Background in solar/PV industry .
