Primary duties and responsibilities include: -Meeting and greeting customers -Respond to enquiries via telephone, email and face to face -Managing customer accounts (subject to experience) -Fostering good business relationships and creating opportunities -Communication recording and sharing to support a successful small team -Administration support duties and data entry on occasions -*Generating sales by cold calling customers and building relationships with them

-Excellent communication skills -Ability to work in a team environment -Attention to detail and seek opportunities -Skills to be efficient and thrive in fast paced peak periods -Excellent time management skills to fulfil responsibilities -Medium to high level computer skills with Word and Excel -Business training and qualifications would be advantageous -Experience and sound knowledge off freight management products.
