We are a future work startup (talentorg.com) currently in pre-product market fit stage and ready for beta launch. The Role: The ideal candidate for this role will be a creative marketing professional with strong written communication skills and experience marketing on a wide range of digital channels (eg. Google, Facebook, Pinterest). The Creative Marketing Specialist is responsible for generating new organic and paid marketing strategies to test on our digital product. Responsibilities: · Developing tactics to optimize the performance of digital assets · Write and edit copy for organic and paid marketing; socials, emails, SMS, etc. · Assist in the creation of performance-driven visual content, including but not limited to: - Video/image ads - Image ads (banner, display, etc.) - Emails - Organic socials · Participate in the management of assigned projects including conceptualizing, strategy, creative development, program launch, measurement, and reporting

Qualifications: · 3+ years experience with digital marketing, Familiar with the group of engineers · Ability to think analytically and creatively to strategize and measure marketing performance · Excellent writing, proofing, and editing skills with a strong drive for accuracy and details · Strong sense of design, preferred proficiency in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, or After Effects · Ability to adapt and be willing to learn new tasks in fast-paced, evolving environment · Ability to effectively communicate ideas and present concepts
