Main Responsibilities Teaching Plan and Curriculum Design Develop scientific and systematic teaching plans for English test preparation according to different test types and students' English levels. Design course content and teaching materials that meet students' needs to ensure teaching quality and effectiveness. Classroom Teaching Conduct classroom teaching in accordance with the teaching plan, and use a variety of teaching methods and means to stimulate students' interest and motivation. Pay attention to students' classroom performance and learning feedback, adjust teaching strategies in time to improve teaching effectiveness. After-school counseling and question-and-answer sessions Arrange after-school tutoring time to provide students with personalized learning advice and tutoring. Answer students' questions and doubts in the learning process in a timely manner to ensure students' learning progress and effectiveness. Learning progress tracking and assessment Regularly track students' learning progress and performance, and provide learning assessment and feedback. We will formulate targeted learning plans and tutoring programs for different students' learning situations. Exam Simulation and Analysis Arrange exam simulations to familiarize students with the exam format and question types, and improve their test-taking ability. We analyze and comment on the results of the mock exams to help students understand their strengths and weaknesses and develop improvement plans.
