Student Assessment: Evaluate and monitor students' progress through assignments, tests, and regular feedback sessions. Cultural Exchange: Promote cultural awareness and exchange by incorporating diverse cultural elements into the lessons. Classroom Management: Maintain a positive and conducive learning environment, ensuring students are engaged and motivated. Extracurricular Activities: Participate in school events, activities, and clubs to further enrich students' learning experiences. Professional Development: Attend training sessions and workshops to continuously improve teaching skills and stay updated with the latest educational trends. Qualifications: Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Education, English, or a related field. TEFL, TESOL, or CELTA certification is highly preferred. Experience: Previous teaching experience is preferred but not required. Fresh graduates with a passion for teaching are welcome to apply.
