- Familiarizing oneself with text and teaching materials - Teaching classes (lesson plans and training provided) - Completing new staff training - Taking part in weekly teachers’ seminars and professional training - Cooperating with sales team (scheduling trial classes/taking part in promotional lectures) - Grading homework - Providing parents with detailed performance feedback after every class (templates provided) - Sitting in on at least 2 colleagues’ classes per week and providing constructive feedback - Decorating and maintaining classroom (Full-time teachers get their own designated rooms) - Sign up for homework/reading sessions (paid)

- Native English teacher from one of the following countries: the USA, the UK, Canada, Australia, or New Zealand - Must have obtained a bachelor's degree (or above) - 1-year teaching experience required - Must be comfortable working with students aged 3-15 - Candidates who graduated from QS 100 or US News TOP 100 (or other official national/international rankings) schools will be given priority consideration - Background in humanities majors preferred - TESOL/TEFL certification preferred - Recent graduates preferred - Chinese language skills not required, but preferred
