1. Teach English language skills to kindergarten children, including reading, writing, speaking, and listening. 2. Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons that are engaging and interactive, using a variety of teaching strategies and materials to cater to different learning styles. 3. Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes learning and respects diversity, and fosters social and emotional development. 4. Assess and track each child’s progress regularly and provide feedback to parents and colleagues on the child’s learning and development. 5. Collaborate with other teachers and staff members to develop and implement a cohesive curriculum that meets the needs of all children, and supports the school’s educational goals and philosophy. 6. Participate in school-wide events, including cultural activities, open days, etc.

· Bachelor degree or above in education, psychology, language, art, design, physical education in regular colleges and universities with good artistic quality and humanistic cultivation. · Must have English teaching ability, can provide TESOL, TEFOL qualification certificate, if have IB, PCGE qualification ability and certificate is preferred. · Native English speakers are preferred. · With more than 3 years of international education experience (kindergarten experience is a must), can be competent for the teaching of basic English courses and special courses (music, art, drama, sports); strong teaching and research ability, able to be competent for part of the teacher training, with high comprehensive quality, strong communication and pressure resistance ability. · Love education, patience, strong learning ability. · Lively personality, good image and temperament, safety awareness, good team cooperation and innovation spirit.
