Elementary School Homeroom Teacher<br/>August 2025<br/>-communicate with parents and carers over pupils' progress and participate in<br/>departmental meetings, parents' evenings and whole-school training events<br/>-participate in and organise extracurricular activities, such as elective programmes,<br/>outings, social activities, school concerts and sporting events<br/>-undergo regular observations and participate in regular in-service training as part<br/>of continuing professional development (CPD).<br/>-lesson preparation and collaborative planning;<br/>-assessment of / for students’ learning;<br/>-class decoration<br/>-contribute your expertise in a committee<br/>-supervising students during night study<br/>-participate in external accreditation exercise;<br/>-participate in weekend student recruitment activities (At least one Saturday or<br/>Sunday a month for not more than 8 weekends a year.);<br/>-participate in the schools assembly programs<br/>-other tasks assigned by the school during official work hours

Bachelor’s Degree or above<br/>Candidates with the following experience and training will add advantage:<br/>-More than two years of relevant experience<br/>-Postgraduate Degree in Education or Related Teaching Subject<br/>-A teaching license recognized by home country’s education ministry<br/>Candidates with the following experience and training will add advantage:<br/>-IB PYP / IPC transdisciplinary approach to inquiry<br/>-English language teaching related certifications from credible awarding bodies<br/>-IB / IPC / Cambridge related workshops for teachers<br/>-Homeroom teacher experience<br/>-Understanding various language assessment tools e.g. MAPS / Raz-kids /<br/>Cambridge YLE
