• Oversee the functioning and safety of the electrical systems • Inspect and monitor the electrical installation and verify the completion of all routine maintenance and repairs • Plan ongoing enhancement work, inspect and monitor repairs, maintenance and installation work on electrical systems and electrical equipment/ appliances • Perform regular preventative maintenance and adhere to energy management and conservation programs • Trouble-shoot difficult cases and avoid interruptions to normal operations • Ensure electrical equipment is in perfect working order and all switch rooms are presentable • Ensure the proper and efficient operation of electrical systems • Ensure all work orders are processed efficiently and report guest issues and productivity of Electrical Team • Ensure the Electrical Team executes and completes operations in accordance with established policies and procedures

Experience: • Minimum 10 years of Management experience on operation and maintenance of electrical systems • Strong technical experience and ability in fault finding on electrical systems • Familiar with HV, MV and LV switching and safety procedures Knowledge / Certificates: • Proficient in report writing, tendering, evaluation of vendor’s proposals, etc. • Proficient in using various international codes and standards such as BS, IEC, IEE, etc. • Knowledge of Macau regulation and market relating to the operation and maintenance of the electrical system/ equipment Education: Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering or proper and recognized Electrical Engineering qualification Language Ability: Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese/ Mandarin)
