Job responsibilities
1. Receive customers, guide them to their seats, explain the menu, and answer dining questions
2. Accurately record orders and pass them on to the kitchen, coordinate the pace of serving
3. Maintain a clean dining environment, assist in pre meal preparation and post meal finishing
4. Communicate with customers in a friendly manner, collect feedback and report it in a timely manner
5. Provide food and accommodation

Job Requirements
1. Fluent in English, proficiency in Chinese is preferred
2. Service oriented, enthusiastic and patient attitude
3. Experience in catering services is preferred, with basic communication and adaptability skills
4. Respect multiculturalism and adapt to fast-paced work
