Job Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales strategy for lithium batteries in the Indian market to ensure sales targets are met.
Analyze the Indian market trends, competition and customer needs, and formulate targeted market expansion plans.
Set up and manage the sales team, improve the sales skills and market sensitivity of the team.
Establish and maintain good relationship with local customers in India to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Follow up on order fulfillment, solve problems in the process of order fulfillment to ensure on-time delivery.
Work closely with other departments within the company to ensure smooth operation of sales, production and logistics.
Track industry dynamics and competitors, provide market information and suggestions for company strategy development.
Job Requirements
Requirements
Bachelor degree or above, preferably in marketing, business management or lithium battery related majors.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Li-ion battery sales, including at least 3 years of experience in Indian market.
Familiar with Indian market culture, business environment and industry rules, and have experience in successfully developing Indian market.
Good market analysis, negotiation skills and sales management ability.
Strong team leadership and communication and coordination skills, able to lead the team to complete sales tasks efficiently.
Good communication skills in English, able to conduct business communication and negotiation skillfully.
