Responsibilities:•To strictly observe Code of Conduct for Educators and centre policy •To be punctual for class & come to class prepared•To independently lead a class of children aged from 1.5 to 8 years old •To be fair to each child without discrimination•To clearly and effectively communicate in a manner during class that children may understand •To provide various learning experiences (e.g. games, songs, art work) for children to meet their holistic development•To be capable of employing a wide range of pedagogical strategies on teaching children English & enhance children’s interest in learning English •To report weekly and monthly schedules of class to the program director•To review educational outcomes regularly & generate new ideas on teaching •To keep abreast of the latest development trend on early childhood education

Qualifications & Requirements:•An English Native Speaker, Mandarin will be an advantage•Love children and have a good character (e.g. patient, considerate)•Love of early childhood education, with highly-developed sense of responsibility•Degree or teaching qualifications of early childhood education or related fields•Has a good theoretical knowledge on early childhood education and practical experience•Minimum 1 year experience in English teaching for children aged 1. 5 – 8 years old in early childhood centre or kindergarten•Familiar with worldwide English programs (e.g. Cambridge, phonics)•Ability to solve problem independently •Has right mixture of submissiveness and independence •Be familiar with emergency procedures, with first-aid certificate is an advantage •Willing to cooperate with colleagues with team spirit•Willing to work on Saturday and/or Sunday•Availability in mid-July
