Strong team leadership and coordination skills are essential to effectively manage the production team and improve production efficiency. Excellent communication skills are required to smoothly collaborate with various departments and reach consensus. Additionally, outstanding teamwork skills are needed to motivate team members to actively cooperate and jointly achieve production goals. Strong strategic planning ability and market insight are necessary, enabling candidates to adjust production plans and strategies according to changes in market demand. Moreover, good professional ethics and a sense of responsibility are required to ensure safety and environmental protection during the production process. Candidates with English and Vietnamese language skills will be preferred. Salary is negotiable.
