Job responsibilities
1,Supervise and manage the Spanish customer service team and handle client request instantly 2,Monitor daily operations and ensure high-quality customer support 3,Train, coach, and motivate customer service agents 4,Monitor KPIs such as response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction 5,Handle escalated customer issues and provide effective solutions 6,Prepare reports on team performance and operational results 7,Work closely with management to improve processes and service quality
Job Requirements
①Native or fluent Spanish or Dutch (spoken and written) ②Good English communication skills ③Previous experience in customer service or BPO industry ④At least 1–2 years of experience in a supervisory or team leader role ⑤Strong leadership and team management skills ⑥Ability to work in a fast-paced environment ⑦Based in Wuhan or Morocco or Equatorial Guinea ⑧Experience in international customer support operations
