Job responsibilities
Assist in formulating and implementing product GTM plans, coordinate with various functional departments, and ensure product launch support. Product launch management: Based on market/customer status and needs, coordinate the development of overall launch plans (including but not limited to product, business, marketing, channel, retail, delivery, and service), and be responsible for the launch management and lifecycle management of the company’s products across all price ranges. Inventory management (Purchase, Sales, Inventory): Comprehensively judge based on local market competition, new and old product iteration strategies, and overall market trends; monitor product inventory status in real time and make adjustments according to actual situations. Selling points packaging and communication strategy: Collaborate with brand, retail, and other departments to align the localization of key product selling points and communication strategies. Supply and price control management: Be responsible for the commercial success of products; maximize product revenue through volume and price management; oversee product shipment control and price control to maintain stable market order. Channel operation management: Classify channels and formulate resource allocation plans, focus on key channels, guide channel strategies, and manage the implementation of plans.
Job Requirements
Under 30 years old, with less than 3 years of work experience; bachelor’s degree or above, with experience in the 3C industry, product management, or GTM. Ability to develop and implement solutions throughout the product lifecycle; capable of hierarchical project management and with strong business awareness. Strong data analysis and processing capabilities, logical thinking, and systematic thinking; proficient in communication and coordination work, with excellent cross-departmental communication and coordination skills. Strong understanding of the retail industry and retail brands, and excellent project management capabilities; familiar with local market mobile phone channels, competition status, and user characteristics. English proficiency to work as a business language; willing to be based overseas permanently.
