Job responsibilities
Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead the expansion of overseas CPL advertisers: Identify and onboard new advertisers through established channels, managing the entire process from budget allocation and contract execution to payment collection. 2. Manage and nurture existing advertiser relationships: Proactively maintain client accounts, including negotiating settlement cycles and payout rates. 3. Maintain deep vertical expertise within Lead Generation: Possess and continuously update knowledge of key verticals, including but not limited to: payout rates (CPL/CPA), conversion funnels, advertiser business models, commonly used traffic sources, advertiser scale, quality control mechanisms, and the profiles of major domestic and international advertisers running offers.
Job Requirements
Qualifications: 1. Fluent English as a working language: (Mandatory for communication, negotiation, and documentation). 2. Existing network within Lead Generation verticals (Preferred): Strong connections with advertisers, publishers, or key players across various Lead Gen verticals are a significant advantage. 3. Collaborative and effective communicator: Proven ability to work closely with backend teams (Operations, Tech, etc.), accurately translate client requirements, and ensure smooth project delivery and team execution.
