Review, edit and negotiate with customers: (i) Non-disclosure agreements, (ii) Sungrow’s standard purchase agreements and terms, (iii) letters of credit, and (iv) amendments. Coordinate the review of Purchaser Orders and Master Agreements on the customer’s template, and other related agreements or documents internally and externally. Review and complete the process of submission and execution for contract related documents such as Amendments, Estoppels, Letters of Credit, Parent Guarantee’s, and Codes of Conduct. Provide summaries of key contractual terms and compliance. Support the Contracts Managers and track the internal review of exhibits and other contractual documents. Management of sales related agreements within the set software tools. Improvement of contractual consistency throughout Sungrow’s customer-facing contracts. Implementation of best practices for contract negotiation. Timely manage a high volume of various types of procurement agreements, contract related documents and other related tasks. Manage customer escalation path and coordination with project specific contractual requirements. Be the point person for general contract information internally and run contract related reports as requested by management. Be open minded to new contract related tasks and processes. Business travel will be required from time to time.

Minimum of 2 years experience of reviewing contract related documents and non-disclosure agreements and contract coordination. Previous experience in renewable industry is a strong plus, especially if on the manufacturing side of the industry. Ability to perform preliminary reviews of agreements and obtain internal reviews from various subject matter experts. Ability to multitask and pay attention to detail. Ability to summarize contractual terms and risks. Able to work on a fast pace, dynamic and multicultural environment. Travel with sales as needed to provide contractual and customer support. Minimal bachelor’s degree in Business Management, a paralegal certificate, or 2 years work experience as a contracts specialist or similar in the renewable industry.
