Chinese guide may perform the following tasks:• Meet members of a tour on arrival and make introductions. Greeting tourists groups. Describing places to people. • Coordinate pre-arranged accommodation and transport and make sure that tour members are comfortable.• Lead tour groups, drive coaches or limousines, advise tour members of local interest points, and prepare and present tour commentaries.• coordinate pre-arranged tour activities such as visits to local attractions, restaurants or shops, train rides, cruises, extended tours, white water rafting, bushwalking and mountaineering.• Attend to operational problems such as booking errors and amendments, lost luggage or illness.• Coordinate touch with transportation companies.• Maintain written reports of daily activities and carry out other administrative work.• Research and share general information on Thailand Indigenous cultures.• Undertaking pre-holiday research. Responsible for research new tourist attraction/activity suitable for Asia market.• Making arrangements for catering, accommodation, transport and excursions.• Inspecting hotel safety and cleanliness.• Offering sightseeing advice.• Organizing and leading excursions.• Translating and interpreting.• Preparing report.• Be able to work in Thailand.

Familiarity and knowledge of key holiday destinations, first aid skills and a driving license can also be useful.Qualifications:• Perfect fully time.• Chinese nationality or Thai nationality.• Able to travel within Thailand.• Work with the general public, or experience gained within the hotel, tourism or tourism industry is usually beneficial.• Minimum 1 year experience with Travel Agency or Hospitality Industry. • Fun, energetic guides with excellent Chinese. Good command of spoken English and Chinese. Thai is an advantage• Good documentation management skills. • Having experiences in Chinese speaking Asia country is an advantages. • Strong organizing and coordinating skills. • Able to perform multitasking and finish work within team. • Good personality and attitude, service mind, energetic and able to work under pressure as a team.• Cooperate with Project team, be responsible for lead all groups; VIP / luxury / incentive clients.
