生产顾问 岗位职责：1、负责国际客户审厂工作的对接与协调，确保审核流程顺利推进。2、掌握公司现场生产工艺流程与质量、体系管理要求，并能向国际客户进行专业、清晰的讲解。3、了解公司的发展历程、企业文化及核心价值，有效传递公司形象与理念。4、根据工作需要，不定期前往北京总部出差，及时掌握公司战略方向与管理要求。Production ConsultantJob Responsibilities:Responsible for liaising and coordinating international client factory audits, ensuring the smooth progress of the audit process.Possess a thorough understanding of on-site production processes, quality standards, and management system requirements, and provide professional, clear explanations to international clients.Familiarize with the company’s development history, corporate culture, and core values, effectively conveying the company’s image and philosophy.Travel to the Beijing headquarters as needed to stay updated on the company’s strategic direction and management requirements.

任职要求：1、欧洲籍人士，目前已在中国定居，具备流利的中文沟通能力。2、性格开朗，表达条理清晰，具备良好的跨文化沟通及基础商务处理能力。3、具有国内外制造企业相关经验者优先。4、能够适应不定期出差，积极配合北京总部安排。 Foreign national currently residing in China with fluent Chinese communication skills.Outgoing personality, clear and structured expression, with strong cross-cultural communication and basic business handling abilities.Relevant experience in manufacturing enterprises, either domestically or internationally, is preferred.Must be willing to undertake occasional business trips and actively cooperate with arrangements from the Beijing headquarters.
