Job Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for the management of art team, control the work progress and quality to ensure the smooth completion of game art work; 2. Responsible for the formulation of the overall art style, increase the interest of the product, and propose improvement plans for Visual Identity, focusing on user experience; 3. Responsible for formulating management and design related process systems, optimizing production efficiency and improving design quality; 4. Responsible for the main concept design of the project, as well as docking game designer, engineer and art designer, and can independently follow up the entire project.

Qualifications: 1. Bachelor degree or above, art colleges are preferred; 2. More than 2 years of experience in art management, having experience in more than 2 successful projects is preferred; 3. Proficient in visual presentation, good at American cartoon style, able to quickly set art style; 4. Strong expression and communication skills, leadership, high sense of responsibility and teamwork spirit.
