Job Description<br/>1. Student Management: Manage and monitor the learning and behavior of students in the classroom to ensure that their academic progress and behavior are in line with the school's regulations. Monitor students' academic progress, pay attention to their mental health, and provide necessary support and guidance.<br/>2. Parent Communication: Maintain positive communication with parents and hold regular<br/>parent meetings to share students' development and answer parents' concerns.<br/>3. Curriculum Monitoring: Monitor and support the educational process within the classroom to ensure that the curriculum implementation is effectively executed. Collaborate with the teaching team to promote the development of the subject and improve the quality of teaching.<br/>4. Activity Participation: Actively participate in student-related in-school and out-of-school<br/>activities to promote teamwork and student engagement.<br/>5. Behaviour Management: Manage behaviour within the classroom, formulate and implement appropriate behaviour policies, and ensure the following of school rules and regulations. Foster a positive school culture.<br/>6. Academic Monitoring: Tracking students' academic performance with the help of subject<br/>tests and student grades and taking steps to help those who need extra support.<br/>7. Parent Conferences: Participate in regular parent conferences to share student development and school updates with parents.<br/>8. Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other classroom teachers, faculty, and staff, and participate in the coordination of the school administration to ensure the smooth operation<br/>of the entire school.<br/>9. Intercultural Communication: Facilitate intercultural communication among students and<br/>actively participate in cultural activities to enhance students' understanding of and respect for multiculturalism, diversity and inclusion.<br/>10. Cultural Adaptation: Assist international students in adapting to the local culture by<br/>providing cultural adaptation guidance and addressing challenges they may face.<br/><br/>This includes but is not limited to the job functions involved with the position.

✓ Bachelor’s degree or above (major in education preferred)<br/>✓ More than 2 years of relevant teaching experience<br/>✓ Excellent communication skills<br/>✓ Play-based education experience.<br/>✓ The ability to work cooperatively and supportively with all members of staff<br/>✓ Experience with IB (desirable but not essential).
