1.Responsible for promoting and expanding the car rental market in Japan, adjusting expansion strategies based on market conditions. 2.Collect and analyze market information, proactively identify market opportunities, competitor's business strategies, and actions, provide effective market expansion suggestions and response strategies, and execute them. 3.Maintain and develop relationships with car rental companies in Japan, provide timely feedback on their needs, and offer effective services. 4.Continuously improve the company's market share in the Japanese market. 5.Accomplish other assigned tasks by the company.

1.Native Japanese with a bachelor's degree or above, deep understanding of Chinese and Japanese culture, at least 2 years of work experience, fluent in spoken Chinese and English. 2.Familiarity with the internet and knowledge of the internet usage habits of the mainstream Japanese population. 3.Ability to work remotely across countries, previous experience in the car rental industry in Japan, and access to industry resources preferred. 4.Strong communication, negotiation skills, and business acumen. 5.Proactive, highly responsible, and self-motivated.
