Formal Training/Education/ Experience• Fluent Mandarin & English speaker• Experience working in China or with Chinese clients• At least 5 years relevant work experience, ideally in Sub Saharan Africa 4. Knowledge & Skills• International exposure especially in DRC• Experience with lifting machines• Experience in Mining Industry• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.• Self-motivation, leadership and innovation.
