Main responsibilities Business development planning and strategy formulation Develop business development plans and annual business objectives based on the company's strategic goals and market environment. Analyze industry trends, competitors, and market opportunities, and propose innovative business development strategies and models. Supervise the implementation of business development plans, regularly evaluate business progress, and adjust strategies to ensure the achievement of goals. Market Expansion and Partnership Management Lead the team to conduct market research, explore new business opportunities and potential customers, and develop a market expansion plan. Establish and maintain good relationships with partners, customers, and key industry figures to promote business cooperation and resource sharing. Lead business negotiations and contract signing to ensure the smooth progress of the company's business development. Team management and leadership Establish and manage a business development team, clarify the responsibilities and division of labor of team members, and provide necessary training and support. Motivate team members to work actively and enhance the overall business expansion and execution capabilities of the team. Evaluate the work performance of team members, develop reward and punishment measures, and promote the improvement of team performance. Project Management and Risk Control Responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring major business projects to ensure timely and high-quality completion. Predict and evaluate potential risks that may arise during business development, and develop risk response measures. Coordinate internal resources of the company to provide necessary support and guarantees for business development. Internal communication and coordination Maintain good communication and collaboration with various departments within the company to ensure the smooth progress of business development. Timely report business development to senior management of the company, propose improvement suggestions and strategic adjustments.

A minimum of 3-5 year sales experience within digital marketing. Familiarity with china social media landscape, SEO and SEM and other digital marketing methods targeting Chinese audiences. Excellent communication skills- verbal and written in the English and the Chinese language. The ability to build relationships and close sales. Experience with team and project management along with the ability to offer resource allocation expertise. A strategic mindset and innovative selling skills. A positive mindset, a drive to hunt down business & the hunger to succeed Strong time management. The ability to work autonomously as well as within a close-knit team environment.
